I love your besan barfi but was disappointed this time as it was overdone. The besan was over roasted and dark and did not taste as good as it normally does.

Tasty, can be still better😊
Overall taste is good. However, felt the not so well done besan taste at times. Dry fruits were generously put which is a plus. Just a question, the expiry date is quite a bit, is it due to any preservative added?
