Besan Barfi

The mithai was very good but there was a lack of coordination for delivery between the outlet and the online ordering system. When I contacted the number on the website asking for response regarding the time of delivery, I was surprised to hear that they had not received the order. Upon providing the details, the boxes were delivered within a span two hours. This should be automatically done.

The Besan Barfi was excellent, however when we sent the same to our friends to Mumbai through you, they received only 3 boxes of 500 gm, instead of our ordered and paid for 4 boxes of 500 gm.

Your Courier is a cheater and we will not order it again from you, as it gives us our bad name.

Furthermore, we do not want a sorry or apology from you.

We want the 500 gm box of Besan Barfi and an apology to say that it will not happen again.

Hopefully you will revert back.
